QUESTIONING ANGER AND ACTION

THE QUESTION

What does my anger seem to be asking me to do?

Anger can create urgency, energy, clarity, and a desire to act. The desire to act and the action I ultimately choose are not necessarily the same thing. Questioning Anger and Action asks what the anger is pointing toward, what outcome I want, and what remains mine to choose.
